These terms govern use of GatsToGo, a software platform that lets an LPG (gas) plant business ("Plant", "you") sell gas online, manage staff and shifts, and give its own customers ("End Users") a way to buy gas and look up past purchases. By creating a plant on GatsToGo or using a plant's page as an End User, you agree to these terms.
What GatsToGo provides
A branded page for a Plant's End Users to buy gas, a staff terminal for redeeming and fulfilling orders, and a dashboard for the Plant to track sales, cash, and staff activity. GatsToGo is not itself a gas retailer. The Plant is solely responsible for fulfilling orders, pricing accurately, and complying with any applicable regulations for selling LPG in its jurisdiction.
Accounts and access
A Plant's owner account is created either through self-service sign-up (reviewed before activation) or by our team directly. The Plant is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for keeping owner and staff login credentials confidential, and for any activity carried out under its account.
Payments
End User payments are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. GatsToGo does not collect or store full card details. That data is handled entirely by Paystack. A Plant is responsible for any fees Paystack charges on transactions processed through its page.
Plant responsibilities
- Fulfilling orders that customers have paid for, in good faith and within a reasonable time.
- Keeping listed prices accurate and up to date.
- Restricting staff terminal access (PINs) to people actually authorized to redeem and fill orders on the Plant's behalf.
- Not using GatsToGo for any purpose other than the sale and fulfillment of LPG gas to its own End Users.
Service availability
We aim to keep GatsToGo available and reliable, but this is an early-stage product provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee at this stage. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that might affect a Plant's page.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close a Plant's account if it violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or if a plant becomes inactive for an extended period. A Plant may request closure of its account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of liability
GatsToGo is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GatsToGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses related to payment processing delays or disputes between a Plant and its End Users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of GatsToGo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
